Alan E. Douglas, CPA, is a shareholder of Johnson, Miller & Co. He is a 1980 graduate (cum laude) of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting.
Mr. Douglas worked for twelve years in the tax department of an international accounting firm before joining Johnson, Miller & Co. He has significant experience in the taxation of corporations, including financial institutions and works extensively with individuals, partnerships and estates in the area of tax compliance, consulting and management advisory services.
Mr. Douglas is certified to practice public accounting in Texas. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Permian Basin Petroleum Accountants Society and the Texas Bankers Association
