Johnson, Miller & Co. is affilated with the Mexico firm of Wolff, Cervantes & Co. (Wolff, Cervantes y Cia., S.C.).

The firm Krieger, Wolff, Salmeron & Co. was formally established in 1950 in Mexico City. The next step occurred when Wolff & Associates became independent from the parent firm in 1985.

Cervantes & Co. began its operations in 1975.

Then in 1988 Wolff & Associates and Cervantes & Co. merged to form Wolff, Cervantes & Company.

Today the firm is still based in Mexico City with a representation firm in Monterrey and branch offices in other cities in Mexico.
